Caju is a brasserie created by famous chef Joseph Hadad with a desire to bring his own childhood culinary memories to the people of Bucharest. Born in Israel from a Moroccan mother and a Tunisian father, he got influenced by the cuisine from his place of birth, but also by the way his parents were preparing dished. After having spent most of his career working in some of the most prestigious hotels in Paris, London or Berlin, Hadad came to Bucharest to pursue his career at Casa Vernescu. Caju is the sum of all his personal and professional experiences, made accessible to everyone, whether you want to have a business lunch or go on an evening date with your crush.
