Right next to the Uranus gardens, built in 1898, the Goods' stock-exchange was used as the Customs' warehouse starting from 1945. But in 1990 one of the only surviving buildings of the massive destructions of the 1980's that took place in the Uranus district, suffered a critical fire that left it unused for the next 25 years. Bought by private investors, the monument was renovated and turned into offices mainly, while the downstairs part and its terrace are used for events and parties such as the night-time concerts of the Outernational music festival.
