Pergola can be considered as one of Cotroceni's new social hubs. Ideal for breakfast lovers, but also for the ones desiring to have dinner or cocktails in the evening, any hour of the day is the perfect time to get there. The menu talks for itself: tartar beef, burgers, risottos, salads and mussels on the menu, specialty coffee from Dropshot, great desserts, ice cream from Friddi. What else do you need? But wait, Pergola is more than a food and drink place, it is also a boutique hotel. And they do have pretty amazing rooms. You can have a look at them on their website. Pergola is definitely a place I would recommend to people coming to Bucharest for a couple of nights. It might also be a great alternative for a staycation. I'll think about that.
