Already worth a visit, yet promising. Ateliere Malmaison is an intriguing name for an artists workshop. It is also sort of a game to find the entrance through the garden surrounding the former garrison. (FYI, once you entered from calea Plevnei, go on your left, and the entrance will be on the side of the building). The building in itself is interesting but the project even more! The place hosts twenty-something (actually probably more, and growing) artists studios and exhibitions are being organized in several rooms, some being pieces of work designed by the artists working there, and some other exhibitions promoting other curated works. There were 3 exhibitions when I went there, all the artists were welcoming and eager to talk about their work. Note that the studios are not open to the public (unless specified in advance on Social Media), but if you get along with one of them, who knows what you'll discover? Be sure to follow them on their Social Media pages to get notified when they open their doors to the public.
