Aubergine is a perfect example of the type of restaurant we all would like to see more in Centrul Vechi. You know, that restaurant where no one stands outside to ask you if you'd like to eat something in 5 languages until they figure out you're not a tourist. Mediterranean cuisine on the menu, which doesn't mean italian cuisine necessarily. Here, you'll find some of the typical lebanese/israeli dishes, as well as other moroccan influenced meals, an amazing selection of fish and meat. I particularly love the importance of vegetables in each plates they serve and the way it is cooked. At Aubergine, good cuisine goes with beautiful design. Between two courses, have a look at these doors fixed on the wall. It really looks great ! Vegan options available.
