Caramel is another French venture. The bakery ambitions to position itself as the best of a kind in the country, while using Romanian ingredients only. In the back, two French chefs work day and night to find the perfect recipe for sweets that are not-too-sweet. And that's the nice thing that stroke me, they know how to make the tastes addictive without overdosing the sugar. While being mainly a Boulangerie and PĆ¢tisserie, they do very generous and unique sandwiches (my kind of sandwich). And it doesn't stop here, as every day a different soup is crafted. Funny enough, they are very serious contenders in the exquisite soups game. Caution: both soups and sandwiches may contain iconic french cheeses.
