Buoni e bravi is one of those places that, someday, open at the corner of your street. It might be a small street, a square or an avenue. In our story it is a square. A square named Piata Rosetti. For a few days you pass in front wondering what is happening behind those tall windows... But always on the rush, it's only at night that the idea of giving it a try comes to your mind. And once again it's too late, they already closed. Damn those small teams trying to preserve the quality of their product by opening only a small chunk of the day! When will we synchronize you and me? But then something strange starts happening. The entrance door refuses to close, as you need to leave space for the line inside. Not only, as a few days later, some more people start popping up, and the line extends to the sidewalk. And it keeps coming, never stops. Your colleagues from work start saying "who wants pizza from Buoni e bravi?" even if the office is 30mn away from the enchanted slices... There must be something to this place. And here it is, from 18:00 they extended to 20:00 and finally you can taste the answer to your question. The classic story of a pizza-place that needed less than a year to become a reference in downtown Bucharest. A tip on their strategy: the quality and generosity of the ingredients. Sometimes it doesn't take much more than this.
